==COVID-19==
For now, the only change to my shop is possible delays in response times to messages (school's a little pickier about sick kids in class), and whatever weirdness USPS is going through. Nobody in our contact circle is symptomatic - if/when that changes, or anyone in my household is under quarantine after being a close contact, I will pause sales of physical items out of abundance of caution. (Digital listings unaffected!) I've always washed my hands before packing up orders, and inventory is stored in airtight containers. (Kid + pets will get you in these habits lol.) I ship from home, so no delays there either. So far, I've been finding USPS to be delivering mostly on schedule for me.

* IF YOUR EVENT DATE HAS CHANGED! * and you ordered invitations/other items from me, there is no charge to change date/time! I hang onto customer files...well, tbh, essentially forever, so I'll still have the setup handy to edit your file. (If several lines/large revisions need to be made, there may be a small fee.) I can also do Change Date cards on a custom basis, just let me know what you need!

FAQs:

* TURN-AROUND TIME * Just a few days! :) I'm usually able to customize and send proofs within 24-48 hours of the order being placed (excluding the occasional weekend off) - once a proof is approved, I'll send a print-ready file within another 24-48 hours. (In some cases, it may be quicker, but I am not in the office 24/7, so I can't promise to accommodate anything needed in less than 48 hours. Check the shop's Twitter page at twitter.com/cyanandsepia for latest schedule updates.)

* Invitations are PRINTABLE, digital, print-your-own files! This means I do not print them - I'll send you the customized image file, for you to print as many as you'd like, whenever and however you'd like! :)

* Wording changes of any kind are included with purchase of any invitation or enclosure card listing! You're welcome to use a bridal shower invitation for a wedding, a baby shower invitation for a birthday, etc.

* I always send a proof first, for you to check for spelling or other changes before emailing a final copy.

* Instant download files (gift tags, recipe cards) are sold as-is - no customization is included with purchase. Send me a Conversation message with your request, and I can let you know pricing for alterations. :)

* Custom work: I'm usually available for custom orders! Whether it's a brand new design, or a matching item you don't see listed (programs, water bottle labels, party circles, etc), send me a Convo about what you have in mind! :) Please note that they do take extra time to complete, though usually within a week.

* Old designs: In an effort to ensure more prompt completion of orders (as well as a little housekeeping!), I occasionally remove older designs from the shop. If there was one you wanted that you don't see anymore, PLEASE just let me know! I still have all the files accessible, and can get it re-listed for you if desired. :)

* The only items I have available as already-printed items are note cards and thank you cards - every listing specifies if it's a printed item or digital image. (Though I may be able to help you navigate the world of ordering prints online if you need it!) Any questions, feel free to contact me directly!
