All printable designs can be customized any way you'd like! You don't have to use my sample wording, or even use it for the same event - just let me know what you'd like it to say!

I do a limited amount of from-scratch new custom designs - contact me with what you're looking for, and I'll see what I can do! :)

Custom printed notecards have a turn-around time of several weeks, I don't regularly offer them (but can design print-your-own).

I do NOT refund completed customized files. (I've already put in the time!) I can, however, make alterations at a later date if your event details have changed. :) Also, if your order is still in-progress or you haven't received your first proof, I may be able to do a partial refund if contacted promptly.

Notecards are always packed in plastic sleeves (for safe travels), tissue paper and cute string/yarn (for happiness), and ship in a sturdy cardboard mailer. I'm happy to include a gift note if you'd like, just let me know when ordering! :)

I can accommodate most design changes (color, font, etc) for an additional fee, contact me regarding details. :)

FONTS: Any you see in my shop can be used on other designs too! (I can often find something similar, but can't always use any specific font you request, depending on its terms of use.)

COLORS: Every screen and printer processes color differently. I do my best to ensure consistency, but your phone and my monitor and Kinko's printers will never be exact.

PHOTOS: Must be high enough resolution - send original unedited file whenever possible. Photos with watermark or photographer's logo cannot be used without permission from photographer.

IMAGES: Want to swap a heart for a star, add a bird to a branch, etc? I can look into it!

I send review proofs for every customized order within 24-48 hours (often less), so you're able to review for any spelling corrections, information changes, etc. A few rounds of alterations are included in your original purchase price (and we can do more for a small fee if you have additional requests). Once approved, I'll email the print-ready final copy in whatever format/setup works best for your printing plans.

I retain the rights to any and all design. Listings are for PERSONAL use only. You're welcome to use a purchased image to your heart's content, but you are NOT entitled to, for example, re-use the border and fill in different information for someone else's party. Custom designs may be re-worked (with info altered :) to sell in my shop at a later time.

I use a mixture of original content, paid-for images/tools, and publicly-available design resources. I do the BEST I can to ensure all design resources (font, brushes, textures, etc) I use are legal for commercial usage, but if you spotted one I goofed, please contact me and I'll happily fix! I've put links to some of my most frequently used design resources in the shop's profile.
